  I would like to make a rental payment:

  We offer three methods of payment:

  1. Via Bank Cheque posted or hand delivered to Bresic Whitney,
  1 Kings Cross Road, Darlinghurst NSW 2010

  2. Via Money Order (from Australia Post)

  3. Payment via DEFT. Click on the link www.deft.com.au Please Note: payment made via credit cards will incur the following fees: 1.5% for VISA, 3.3% for AMEX and 3.773% for Diners.

  Bresic Whitney does not accept cash payments

   

  I require an emergency repair:

  Please call Bresic Whitney on 02 9356 5551 and ask to speak to your  Property  Manager. 

  If you are unable to contact our office during normal business hours, please refer to points 16-16.6 and 17-17.10 of The Residential Tenancy Agreement listed under 'Emergency Repairs'.
