Receptionist - 6 Month Contract
Our purpose is to bring homes to life and we do this by connecting people and property. The backbone of our organisation is our Operations Team who create exceptional client experiences and support the day to day administration needs of our sales and property management team.
For the busy spring period we are looking for a Receptionist for our flagship Darlinghurst office on a 6 months contract.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator who is a natural at creating positive and memorable client experiences. You also happen to be an admin champion and able to juggle many tasks and priorities. You are a proactive individual and take pride in your work, with an obsession for accuracy and detail. You are organised, adaptable, able to follow processes yet also think on your feet and use your initiative.
You have solid experience and capability in office management, excel, word, database management, data entry, filing, reception, and stakeholder management. Your day will fly by as you juggle client enquiries, directing calls internally, meet and greets, walk in’s, supporting the PM team with key management for trades people, new tenants, and sales people.
