Executive Assistant | Inner West

  • Manage all the teams day-to-day administrative responsibilities
  • Preparation administration for all properties listed for sale
  • Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations
  • Organising and preparing the team for open houses & auctions
  • Build relationships and liaise with BW internal teams and suppliers
  • Database management
  • Prepare all marketing material for new listings (link, brochures, signboards)
  • Attend external marketing meetings & arrange marketing collateral for signboards etc
  • Compiling reports; market research and analysis of comparable sales
  • Arrange and attend private appointments
  • Prepare for and attend bank valuations
  • Liaise with solicitors, clients and tenants (if requested) and suppliers
  • Liaise with agents to ensure the exchange to settlement period runs smoothly
  • Adhoc requests to enable and support the team

What we are looking for

  • Extensive administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • The ability to under promise and over deliver, ensuring you operate with integrity and competence
  • Proven ability to produce high quality work with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • A proactive team player; ability to be adaptable in a fast paced environment
  • Able to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration duties
  • Real Estate experience in essential
  • A Certificate of Registration is required
  • A current and clean drivers license
