As the Creative Project Manager your role is to manage all stages of creative delivery, from concept through to completion. With guidance from our Creative Director, Editorial and Media Manager, and COO, the role requires executional skill and sharp project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to execute the groups’ Creative vision
• Establishing and overseeing Creative team ‘WIP’ (work in progress) framework
• Creating project plans, establish schedules and deadlines
• Maintaining project list, and driving deliverables throughout the Creative group
• Leading and supporting diverse initiatives across design, brand, social and digital
• Supporting BresicWhitney editorial function, coordinating campaign content for journalists and third parties
• Analysing and reporting back on project performance and recommend changes for future initiatives
• Overseeing overarching quality and consistency of creative product
• Collaborating with our in-house content team to optimize scheduling and delivery
• Adhoc responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of BresicWhitney

Skills & Attributes

• An eye for organisation, focused on delivery and execution
• 2-4 years’ experience in a project management capacity and ideally within a creative environment
• Demonstrate a high capacity to allocate priorities, collaborate, be flexible to change and make sound judgment calls in a fast-paced environment
• With an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable and confident to organise yourself and your environment
• Flexible, adaptable and able to move between roles, tasks and projects in a calm and collected manner
• A team player – we’re all here to help the organisation to succeed
• Highly effective interpersonal and communications skills with a solution orientated and enthusiastic and approach
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Excited by change, innovation, and technology
• Extremely high working standards and a breadth of design, content and social knowledge
• An ability to appreciate the broader needs of the business, while upholding the company values: Humility, Togetherness, Wise Judgement, Honesty, Courage, and Excellence
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or similar is preferable.
