Role Purpose

Our Associate roles can be broad, with no two days being the same which offers the right person variety and the chance to experience all aspects of property sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continually develop an agents database to seek out opportunities, leveraging and uncovering leads through just listed & just sold calls and emails and introduce qualified buyers to BW listings
  • Continually develop business opportunities by building effective relationships with current and prospective Buyers (building your Buyer database), Vendors and internal teams
  • Support an Agent through the entire cycle of property listings
  • Prepare for, attend, and assist at mid-week and Saturday open homes and auctions if required
  • Attend out of office appointments for the preparation of the listing including but not limited to quotes, check-measures, photo shoots, building and pests, valuations if required
  • Follow up on leads from open homes
  • Uncover leads through just listed & just sold calls and emails
  • Track core market new listings, sales, auctions, and withdrawals
  • Collaborate with the whole BresicWhitney sales team across all offices to deliver our clients a 5-star experience
  • Adhoc responsibilities as guided by the Senior Sales Agent

What you bring to us

  • Flawless written and verbal communication and customer service skills with a “the customer is always right” mentality
  • Proactive self-starter with an accountability to work independently and collaboratively to support the team
  • A team player who enjoys building credible trusted relationships
  • Always working towards a standard of excellence
  • Strong administration and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence with managing large volume of calls & appointments daily
  • Sound judgement in critical moments
  • Resilience, discipline, initiative, business acumen
  • An ability to make the impossible possible; reimagine the possible for clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Real Estate experience is desirable with transferable experience from sales or customer service roles
  • An appreciation of the broader strategy of the business, while upholding the company values: Humility, Togetherness, Wise Judgement, Honesty, Courage and Excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
  • A Driver’s License and motor vehicle
