Sales Team Assistant - Glebe

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Team Assistant to support a high performing sales team in our Glebe office. You will be valued as someone who is the back bone of the team, directly supporting the Senior Sales Agent. A critical part of the role is to provide complete admin support, exceptional customer care and build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and settlement process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the diary and inbox of a senior Sales Agent.
  • Administration, preparation and co-ordination of all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process for both the Senior Agent and one additional Agent
  • Managing phone and email queries regarding properties for sale
  • Building relationships with vendors, buyers, internal staff and third party suppliers
  • Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations including researching local market
  • Database management
  • Organising and preparing the Sales Agents for open houses & auctions
  • Attending out of office appointments
  • Project Management eg styling and repairs to prepare the property for sale
  • Managing compliance for the team
  • Managing social media channels

  • Proven ability to produce high quality work with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • A team player
  • Adaptable with the ability to use your initiative
  • mid level Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • A current Real Estate Certificate and a clean drivers licence

  • Previous experience in Real Estate is advantageous
  • Previous Personal Assistant experience is preferred
