    4. BresicWhitney will send you acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint within two business days, and will endeavour to respond to the complaint within five business days of acknowledge of receipt.
    5. If your complaint relates to any financial transactions or illegal conduct, please report your issue immediately. If required after an investigation is undertaken, we will inform NSW Fair Trading.
    6. We will seek to resolve your complaint as soon as reasonably possible to achieve an acceptable outcome.
    7. If following the resolution of your complaint with BresicWhitney you are still unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading (www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au).
  6. INTERPRETATION
    1. BresicWhitney may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
    2. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any legal action or proceeding between BresicWhitney and you related to these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in New South Wales.
